Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal & complaints procedure

Every consumer in the EU may withdraw from a purchase over the internet within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you physically take possession of the goods. Because many people have to get used to a Wigli, we have doubled this period to 4 weeks.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you wish to cancel the agreement. You can use this model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so.

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive a refund of the purchase price including the shipping costs. We will pay you back within 14 days with the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and have been able to determine that the goods have been returned undamaged. You must return the goods within 14 days of the day on which you have notified us of your cancellation of the purchase.
The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Model withdrawal form
Wigli makes the model withdrawal form available. We ask you to fill in this form completely and truthfully.

Complaints procedure

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing complaints@wigli.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/dispute/.

From February 15, 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform. "
